In life, we learn nothing from success and everything from failure. Our character is built through the challenges we face and the silent storms we overcome, often in the depths of our own shadow. I have been there, many times.
Instead of breaking down, I decided to break open. To alchemise my emotions, release all the emotional triggers and baggage, and live life with a calm mind and a confident spirit, knowing that life happens for us, never to us.
