Deep Dive Coaching

My individual or group coaching plans can help you learn to lead your team through uncertain times and take them from chaos to clarity.

Change happens to us, while disruption happens within us.

My learning path to help you build a resilient employee experience is based on three building blocks:

Awareness to Understanding

Build Understanding

When you build understanding, you help your employees move from awareness to understanding. Awareness involves perception, whilst understanding involves knowledge.

Emotional Intelligence

Building Competencies and Skills

Build new skills and competencies rooted in emotional intelligences to give your employees the resiliency toolbox they need to thrive in the workplace.

Routine - Reward - Cue

Build New Habits

Build habits through a personalized habit loop so the change you are implementing sticks and is sustainable for the long haul.

The blueprint for building a resilient employee experience

1) Set a baseline.

Through a scientifically validated assessment tool, I will help you and your teams leverage the power of emotional intelligence to lead their teams during challenging, uncertain and changing times. You can choose between individual leadership or team reports.

2) Define what success looks like and articulate the vision for success.

What are the parameters, what are the challenges and obstacles, and what are the opportunities? Once you establish your outcome and you become clear on your vision, that’s when you can get your team onboard by articulating the vision in their map of the world.

3) Develop and define your prioritized roadmap towards success.

Now that we are clear on where you are and what needs to change, we will focus on how you get there by creating a prioritized roadmap. Through Specific – Measurable – Achievable – Realistic – Tangible (SMART) objectives, you will be able to measure the effectiveness of your roadmap to success.

4) Develop your execution strategy and use your resiliency toolbox.

Equip yourself with the emotional intelligence toolbox you need to implement your roadmap on a day-to-day basis. We will use a combination of sounding board and visualization techniques to help you feel confident in your roadmap to success.

5) Integrate the execution process in your day-to-day life.

To achieve your vision, to implement your roadmap successfully, we will develop a plan to integrate all areas of your life. During this last part, we will focus on learning how to manage your energy in addition to managing your time and increase your well-being in those life areas where it is most needed.
