From an early age, I learned that the greatest barriers are often the ones we place on ourselves. As the daughter of immigrants, I was encouraged to dream small—but I chose to rise above those limits. Guided by resilience, determination, and a belief in empowerment, I built a life devoted to helping others thrive in complexity.

For nearly two decades at NATO, the world's largest crisis management organization, I saw firsthand the importance of resilience, preparedness, and emotional intelligence in high-stakes environments. Collaborating with leaders from over 40 nations, I developed a profound understanding of the human side of leadership and digital transformation.

At Thrive with EQ, I use these insights to empower organizations and leaders to navigate the complexities of the digital world. We go beyond technical solutions, focusing on the emotional and human dimensions that are essential for successful leadership in an AI-driven age.
